Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 April 2026
This policy explains how NeevOS, operated by ArrAI ("we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information submitted through the neevos.in website. We aim to collect as little as necessary, be transparent about what we do collect, and comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable sections of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. What we collect
When you interact with this website, we may collect the following:
- Contact information you voluntarily submit through demo requests or email, including your name, work email, company name, role, and any message text you send.
- Basic analytics data about your visit, including device type, browser, approximate location based on IP, pages viewed, and time on page. This helps us understand how the website is used and improve it.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, government IDs, or health data through this website.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your demo requests and schedule a call.
- To send follow-up communications related to the demo or a potential engagement.
- To improve the website and understand which parts of the content are useful.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the website and schedule demos. These currently include Vercel (hosting), GitHub (source control), and calendaring or email providers when added. Each of these is contractually bound to handle data responsibly and has its own privacy policy.
- Legal authorities if we are required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Where your data is stored
Information you submit is processed and stored on servers operated by our hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers may store data in India or in other countries where they operate data centres. We work to ensure any such transfer is done in accordance with applicable law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact information submitted through demo requests for as long as we are actively in conversation with you, and for a reasonable follow-up window after. If you explicitly ask us to delete your information, we will do so, subject to any retention required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Withdraw any consent you have previously given.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these rights, email rahul@neevos.in. We will respond within a reasonable time frame.
7. Cookies
This website currently uses only essential cookies required for basic operation. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and give you a way to consent or decline.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the information we collect. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use established infrastructure providers and encryption in transit to minimise risk.
9. Children
This website is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for a reasonable period.
